• 190,000 (DOE) A highly regarded litigation firm based in Greensboro is seeking a Litigation Attorney to support its expanding practice.

This opportunity offers the chance to work on sophisticated matters, including complex business disputes and tort litigation, within a collaborative and mentorship-driven environment.

INDLIL Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in complex business and tort litigation matters, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and commercial torts Manage cases from inception through resolution, including trial when applicable Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Conduct depositions and attend court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations throughout North Carolina Work closely with partners and clients to develop and execute effective litigation strategies

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school Active license to practice in North Carolina (or ability to waive in) 1+ year of litigation experience, preferably in complex commercial or tort matters Strong research, writing, and case management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
