Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution Represent clients in court hearings, mediation, and negotiations Provide strategic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships Contribute to business development efforts and help expand the firm's family law practice

Qualifications:

Active license to practice law in NC Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team Interest in practice growth, client development, and long-term career advancement
