Job Description Assist with and manage personal injury matters from initial case development through resolution. Meet with clients and provide clear, compassionate guidance throughout the legal process. Investigate claims, review records, evaluate evidence, and help develop effective case strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, demands, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and support litigation strategy. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance representatives, medical providers, and other parties. Assist with settlement negotiations and prepare matters thoroughly for litigation when necessary. Track deadlines, case developments, records, and client communications. Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to provide responsive, high-quality representation. Qualifications Active North Carolina Bar license required. Entry-level attorneys and recent law school graduates who are licensed in North Carolina are encouraged to apply. 1+ years of personal injury law experience preferred, but not required. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with clients. Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management. Interest in developing litigation, negotiation, and personal injury case management skills.
