This position will be 20 hours a week. We are a hybrid company which means three days in office. What we expect you to do for us: Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to business units and functions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting the organization's goals and mitigating legal risks. Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of contracts. Establish and improve templates, standards and processes. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations Maintain, improve and protect intellectual property rights. Handle litigation cases. Select, instruct and supervise external counsels. Conduct internal training and workshops on legal topics Skills we wish you to have: Ability to effectively use applications like Word, Excel, OneDrive and SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding relevant laws, regulations, and legal principles. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks to protect the organization. Ability to develop and implement legal strategies that align with the organization's goals. Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements. Written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey legal advice.
Professional Experience and Education:
University degree (Master of Law or equal) Bar Admission 6-10 years experience, preferably in an international company in the ICT sector or in an international commercial law firm
