Hybrid Litigation and Transactional Associate We are looking for an experienced North Carolina licensed litigation attorney. Prefer 2 years or more of state court experience in actually conducting hearings and trials but will consider less for the right candidate. Business and general litigation combined with tax debt workouts, drafting business-related documents, and other general matters. Must be a self-starter capable of working with a minimum of supervision, and able to manage work with paralegals on cases from start to finish. This is an active courtroom position. Candidate to manage their own case load, keep accurate and regular time records to ensure capture of revenue, and to work to ensure client satisfaction. Position offers mentorship from the senior attorney with 32 years of litigation experience in a broad range of practice. It further offers a track to eventual equity ownership in a well-repected firm with 25 years of practice in the Triad and across the state.
