Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role located in Omaha, Nebraska. The Attorney will represent personal injury clients.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • acting as lead attorney on personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial;
  • drafting and filing pleadings, motions and briefs;
  • negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel; and
  • representing clients at trial when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the state of Nebraska, with active license to practice law in the state of Iowa a plus;
  • Strong foundation in personal injury law with 7+ years of litigation experience as plaintiff or defense counsel required;
  • Effective negotiation abilities for resolving disputes, drafting settlements, and advocating for clients in discussions and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
