We are looking to hire a Litigation Attorney with five plus years of relevant experience. Your Role Legal Advice:
Lead and manage complex litigation cases, including strategy, discovery, depositions, trial preparations, court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
Strategic:
Provide strategic counsel and advice to clients on litigation risks and opportunities
Collaboration:
Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other interested parties to achieve the most favorable outcome for our clients
Compliance:
Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to ongoing litigation
Relationship Management:
Build and manage client relationships to build trust, strengthen relationships and promote business development
Your Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Five or more years of relevant litigation experience
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of managing and resolving insurance defense and complex litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement
Licensed:
Be currently licensed or be eligible to become licensed to practice law in the state of
Nebraska Client-Centric:
Targeted focus on client service and responsiveness
Productive:
Produce high quality, efficient work product, with attention to detail and accuracy
Articulate:
Communicate complex concepts concisely and effectively
Flexible:
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Autonomy:
Take ownership of independent work and can handle appropriate cases with minimal oversight
