Job Description

An established litigation law firm is looking to add a Litigation Associate to their team. As a Litigation Associate, you will represent clients through all stages of the litigation process, working alongside experienced attorneys on a diverse range of matters.
Responsibilities:
Managing commercial litigation and business disputes. Handling contract-related matters and regulatory compliance issues. Conducting legal research and drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents. Developing case strategy and preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial. Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. Collaborating with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Nebraska State Bar. 3-6 years of litigation experience, including commercial litigation, contract disputes, and regulatory matters. Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities with excellent attention to detail. Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
