3-7 years About the Firm A well-established, client-focused law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Manchester, NH office. The firm provides comprehensive legal services and strategic business counsel to regional, national, and international clients across a variety of industries. The firm offers a collaborative, results-oriented environment where attorneys have opportunities to work directly with clients, take on meaningful responsibilities, and continue developing their legal expertise. Position Overview Required Qualifications 3-7 years of commercial litigation experience. Experience handling complex corporate and commercial disputes. Strong experience with pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation practice. Hands-on experience with e-discovery . Deposition and/or court appearance experience preferred. Active admission to the New Hampshire Bar is required. Candidates with strong commercial litigation experience and active New Hampshire Bar admission are encouraged to apply.

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
