Job Description A leading law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Manchester, NH office. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience representing a range of clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes. The position offers an excellent opportunity to assume significant responsibility and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes. Prepare and handle pleadings, motions, and discovery matters. Manage and participate in e-discovery . Conduct legal research and provide strong analytical support. Participate in depositions and court appearances as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders. Apply strong judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications 3-7 years of commercial litigation experience. Experience representing clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes. Strong experience with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice. Experience with e-discovery . Deposition and/or court appearance experience is a plus. Admission to the New Hampshire Bar is required. Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities. Highly motivated and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
