Bloomfield, NJ | Full-Time A plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to work directly with a partner. The practice focuses primarily on automobile negligence and premises liability matters. Responsibilities Handle personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. Take and defend depositions. Appear for motions and case management conferences. Communicate with clients, adjusters, defense counsel, and medical providers. Assist with negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation. This is a hands-on litigation and trial-development opportunity with direct mentorship from a partner. The ideal candidate is motivated to build strong plaintiff-side personal injury litigation skills and take increasing responsibility for their cases.Pay:
