Years Bar Admission:

New Jersey Bar required We are hiring full-time Associate Attorneys for our Bloomfield and Paramus, NJ offices , working directly with a partner on auto negligence and premises liability matters . This is not a file-dump position . You will work closely with a partner and learn how cases are actually managed—from the first client call through negotiations, mediation, and trial. You will learn case strategy, how to evaluate insurance carriers, build the record, and make decisions that move a case forward. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Appear for motions and case management conferences Communicate with adjusters, defense counsel, and medical providers Participate in negotiations and mediations Assist in preparing cases for trial Progressively take responsibility for your own cases Qualifications 1-4 years of legal experience Active New Jersey Bar membership required Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills Interest in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation Motivated to develop as a trial attorney This is an apprenticeship in trial work .
