Confidential Employer. Job Description Handle complex, high-stakes mass tort litigation from investigation through resolution. Conduct fact and expert witness depositions and help develop compelling case strategies. Research, draft, and prepare high-quality legal documents, motions, correspondence, and case materials. Partner with medical, technical, industry, and other outside experts to strengthen litigation strategy. Manage case details, deadlines, discovery, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Develop long-term litigation strategies designed to protect client interests. Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff in a collegial, client-focused environment. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, experts, and other case stakeholders. Qualifications 1+ year of litigation experience. Active New Jersey and New York bar licenses. Experience conducting fact and expert witness depositions. Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and case management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation practice. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
