Job Description

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience in Litigation.

Research and draft legal analyses on complex legal issues.

Appear in court, arbitration, or other judicial tribunals.

Analyze and summarize legal documents.

Negotiate with outside parties regarding contracts and other legal disputes.

Identify and anticipate potential legal issues; develop strategies to avoid costly litigation and minimize legal risk.

Perform legal due diligence.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and strong legal research skills, with the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
2-4 years of experience as a practicing attorney.

Must have passed the New Jersey Bar Examination or have admission pending.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an American Bar Association (ABA)-accredited law school.
Pay Range:
$85K- $100K (commensurate with experience)
