Current openings include:

Commercial Litigation Associate | 4-7+ years

  • Manage sophisticated business disputes with significant client contact and hands-on responsibility; NJ Bar required
  • $145K
  • 175K+ Labor & Employment / Commercial Litigation Associate | 2-5 years
  • Broad litigation role spanning employment, commercial and/or construction matters; NJ and NY Bars required
  • $125K
  • 150K Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney | 5+ years
  • Handle cases from intake through resolution and trial, working alongside experienced civil trial attorneys
  • $150K
  • 200K+ Construction Litigation Attorney | 6-10+ years
  • Senior-level role handling complex private and public construction disputes, including delay, change order, lien/bond and termination claims
  • $150K
  • 205K+ Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney | 10+ years
  • Lead complex business disputes from strategy through trial and mentor junior attorneys; NJ Bar required
  • $190K
  • 210K The firm maintains an 1,800-hour billable target and offers discretionary performance bonuses along with a generous origination program: associates receive 25% of originations; Counsel and Income Partners receive 25% up to $100K and 33% above $100K.
