The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience and be capable of independently managing cases from inception through resolution.

Qualifications:

Active NJ / NY State Bar license in good standing. 3+ years of commercial litigation experience. Strong experience with pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, and legal research. Excellent writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Trial experience is a plus.
