As our practice continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our Fort Lee office. What You'll Do Manage a sophisticated caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
Handle depositions, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
Develop litigation strategy and work directly with firm leadership on high-exposure cases.
Prepare and argue motions.
Interface with clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
Participate in trial preparation and, depending on experience, serve as first or second chair at trial. What We're Looking For 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience required.
Proven experience managing cases independently.
Strong deposition, motion practice, and negotiation skills.
Trial experience is highly preferred.
Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey; New York admission is a plus.
Experience handling motor vehicle, trucking, construction accident, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, or premises liability matters is highly desirable. Why Join Us? Base salary of $200,000•$300,000, commensurate with experience.
