Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active licensure to practice law. Proven experience in general & commercial litigation, real estate law, employment law cases, and personal injury law. Strong knowledge of contract drafting, procedural law, statutory legal research, and trial preparation techniques. Familiarity with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw is essential. Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear legal motions and comprehensive reports. Experience working within a law office environment with proficiency in legal case management software.
