Prominent AM Law 200 law firm with multiple regional office locations seeks a Tax Attorney with 4+ years' corporate and transactional tax experience for our Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C. Offices. Bar admission in one or more states in which the Firm has an office and where the candidate desires to be resident is required. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills required. We offer an excellent compensation package and comprehensive benefits program.
