Job Description
Responsibilities Provides IMR and crisis intervention services. Assists with food shopping, laundry and daily living skills. Implements prescribed treatment plan and assists in the development of IRPs. Must be able to work independently and travel to consumers' residencies as required. Monitors medication in the consumers home. Completes documentation as required.
