Our team of dedicated professionals provides top-tier legal services across a broad range of practice areas. We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated Associates to join our dynamic team: one with experience in New York Labor Law and/or New York Personal Injury, and a New York Premises Liability and Negligence Defense. Job Description As an Attorney, you will:
  • Manage your own caseload of complex personal injury cases from intake through verdict or settlement.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to your practice area. Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the bar.
  • Minimum of 2-6+ years of experience.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
