A well-established law firm with offices in New Jersey and New York is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Associate to join the firm's Livingston, NJ office. What the Firm Is Looking For Minimum 10 years of estate planning experience across New York and New Jersey Admission to both the New Jersey and New York Bar required Experience working with high-net-worth clients Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week, on-site in the Livingston office Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $125,000-$200,000, commensurate with years of trusts & estates practice in New York and New Jersey, hands-on practice experience, and any portable book of business Commission on originations Firm-paid bar fees, registration, and required ICLE courses 401(k) with company match Health insurance (with employee contribution), dental, vision, and life insurance Personal/vacation time Annual discretionary bonuses and salary increases This is an established firm serving clients across New Jersey and New York with a strong focus on high-net-worth estate planning.
