Job Summary We are seeking a part-time, in-person Estate Planning Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will predominantly draft Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Advance Healthcare Directives. Additionally, you will assist in probate applications with NJ's Surrogate's Court. Occasionally, you will meet with clients for initial consults or document review sessions. Our firm does not handle litigation; therefore, no court appearances are required. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in estate law, but this is not required. Responsibilities Draft and review estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, advance directives, and powers of attorney with precision and clarity Advise clients on estate planning options tailored to their individual needs and goals Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal options clearly and answer client questions throughout the estate planning process Skills NJ-licensed attorney in good standing Knowledge of estate & probate laws (preferred but not required) Attention to detail Client communication abilities with a focus on clarity, empathy, and kindness Team player with a can-do attitude Hours This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule to agree upon at time of hire We seek someone

Pay:
$50.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
