Responsibilities:

Manage cases from intake through resolution Appear before assessment boards and related courts for hearings, trials, and appeals Draft pleadings, motions, reports, briefs, and other legal documents Provide regular client communication and case updates Engage in settlements negotiations Maintain accurate case files and billing records

Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey A Pennsylvania license is a plus Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently while collaborating with a team
