Job Description

: Between 24 years of restructuring experience representing debtors, ad hoc and statutory committees, secured creditors, asset purchasers, and other constituents in connection with Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, including cross-border matters. Deposition and trial preparation experience is a plus. Demonstrate a record of high academic and professional excellence, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and exceptional research, analytical, and writing abilities. The associate will work with attorneys across the firm. responsibility as integral members of high-performing, collaborative teams. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required. Admission to the New York Bar, active and in good standing, is also required. Great Opportunity:
Our client is a global law firm practicing for over 100 years. They seek a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year associate to join its Restructuring Team in NYC. (Working hybrid out of their mid-town NYC location). They have an international reputation and an emphasis on the representation of clients before governmental agencies, successful advocacy in litigation and arbitration, and creative and practical advice in structuring business transactions.
