Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Divorce & Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who is passionate about family law and enjoys advocating for clients through some of life's most challenging situations. What You'll Be Doing Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, and other family law matters. Manage cases from initial consultation through settlement or trial. Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents. Attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Negotiate favorable settlements while protecting clients' best interests. Build trusted relationships with clients and provide strategic legal guidance throughout the case. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to deliver exceptional client service. Experience You'll Need J.D. from an accredited law school and an active New Jersey Bar license. 4+ years of experience practicing Divorce and Family Law. Strong litigation, negotiation, legal writing, and courtroom advocacy skills. Experience independently managing a family law caseload from intake through resolution. Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills. A transferable book of business is highly desired and will be viewed as a significant advantage. Partnership potential may be available for candidates who bring a strong, established client base. Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
