Type:
full-time Salmon, Ricchezza, Singer & Turchi LLP is seeking an attorney that is looking for a change from the traditional insurance defense firm rigors. SRST has dynamic leaders who recognize and respect each attorney's unique skillset and strengths. We cultivate an atmosphere of collaboration and support which allows attorneys to successfully manage their cases and time leading to a more balanced practice. SRST has been in existence since 2004 and currently has 30 lawyers. This size allows us to provide the resources and room for growth of a large firm with the culture and flexibility of a small firm. SRST had no layoffs or furloughs during COVID. We are an equal opportunity employer and offer a competitive salary and benefits package. The candidate must have at least 5 years of recent insurance defense experience and NJ bar admission. Experience should include the ability to conduct and defend depositions, prepare client reports and discovery responses and enter daily billable time. Transportation litigation experience is a bonus as the candidate will work under one partner handling commercial motor vehicle cases in NJ state and federal courts.
