A nationally recognized personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to lead and grow our New Jersey practice . Practice Areas Motor Vehicle Accidents Slip/Trip and Fall Cases Construction Accidents Medical Malpractice General Personal Injury Responsibilities Manage a full caseload from pre-litigation through trial, when necessary. Develop litigation strategy and oversee all aspects of case handling. Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents. Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel. Provide outstanding client communication throughout the life of the case. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to maximize case outcomes. Mentor and help build a high-performing litigation team as the firm continues its expansion. Qualifications Active license to practice law in New Jersey (Required) . 4-10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Demonstrated experience handling both pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters. Strong courtroom, deposition, negotiation, and case management skills. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities. Strong academic credentials. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proven leadership abilities with a desire to help grow the firm's Northeast practice. Spanish language skills are a plus. Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive base salary.
