08/21/2026 McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Employment Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its team. This is an opportunity for an attorney who is ready to take meaningful responsibility, work directly with clients, and provide practical, strategic guidance on a broad range of workplace issues. The attorney will counsel clients on matters involving discipline, termination, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, discrimination, accommodations, employee relations, and related employment matters. The role may also include representing clients before state and local administrative agencies, drafting and reviewing employment policies, employment agreements, and separation agreements, and assisting with internal investigations.

Salary Range:
$130-200k. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall work background. Admission to practice in New Jersey 5+ years of relevant employment experience, including counseling employers on workplace issues Strong knowledge of federal and New Jersey employment laws and the ability to apply that knowledge in a practical, client-focused manner Experience with employment litigation, administrative agency matters, or workplace investigations is preferred Excellent judgment, strong writing and communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a genuine interest in building trusted client relationships Compensation details: 00 Yearly Salary PI6e3c64a2da1c-4517
