Job Description

Manage and support complex litigation matters

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and case strategy memoranda

Conduct legal research and factual investigations

Manage and participate in discovery and depositions

Participate in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings

Work closely with partners on high-value litigation matters

Assist with trial preparation and case development

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission

2+ years of litigation experience (preferably 2-10 years)

Experience in mass torts, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, complex civil litigation, or class actions preferred

Strong motion practice and legal writing experience

Experience managing discovery and depositions

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively manage multiple complex matters simultaneously

Strong communication and client-facing skills

A stable and consistent employment history is strongly preferred

Experience working within an established law firm environment preferred
