IMMIGRATION/CRIMINAL/FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING MC LAW GROUP, LLC

is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our South Jersey office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Associate will primarily represent clients before USCIS and EOIR. This includes preparing applications, and waivers, and attending interviews with clients before USCIS Adjudication Officers. Litigation before the EOIR will entail representing foreign nationals in deportation proceedings at preliminary and final hearings, writing briefs, motions, and appeals in relation to this representation. represent clients in criminal proceedings and family court matters. The position will require intersectional practice with guardianship/custody cases. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, submissions. Provide sound legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations. Maintain organized case files and ensure all documentation is up to date. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies. Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations Bar (Required). NJ/PA bar preferred

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
