Role Description :

The Associate Litigation Attorney will work on-site in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda, managing case files, meeting with clients, attending depositions and arbitrations and supporting partners on trials.

Qualifications:

Strong foundation in personal injury litigation. Proficiency in legal Research, including case law, statutes, regulations, and secondary sources, and effectively incorporating findings into written work. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in New Jersey, or eligibility for admission in the near term. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong drafting, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated professionalism, ethical judgment, and commitment to client service; prior law firm or clerkship experience is beneficial. Willingness to be part of a team atmosphere.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
