Remote PA barred attorney (in the Philadelphia area) to assist with employment law matters primarily and maybe some PI matters. Should have strong litigation skills -- discovery, depositions, document drafting, court appearances and motions. Open in terms of experience level but should have at least a couple of years. Will be assisting with cases for a new client so this person should be reliable, smart and on the ball. Current need is about 20 hours a week but needs flexibility for court appearances and motion practice. I think firm is open re: rate -- they are looking for the right person. Southern NJ candidates can work as well as long as they have PA bar and some experience with PA courts.
