Bar Full Job Description Job Summary:

Minimum 40 hours per week

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. 5+ years experience required. The successful candidate will perform legal research, draft documents, and provide support in various areas of law, emphasis on Worker's Compensation and Liability Defense. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, and briefs
• Manage your own case load including case management and preparation for litigation
• Attend court hearings and depositions as needed
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters
• Perform administrative tasks related to legal matters, such as maintaining files and organizing documents

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar association
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Experience with legal drafting and writing
