Job Summary Smith Legal Group is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our established Nevada practice. We are looking for a capable, motivated attorney who is confident in the courtroom, provides excellent client representation, and can independently manage cases from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate is a strong advocate and practical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment while maintaining professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Independently manage a family-law caseload from filing through settlement or trial. Appear at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials. Develop case strategy and advise clients throughout their matters. Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents. Prepare clients and cases for court proceedings. Negotiate effectively and ensure deadlines and client needs are timely addressed. Qualifications Active Nevada Bar membership in good standing. Family-law and litigation experience preferred. Strong courtroom, negotiation, research, and legal writing skills. Ability to independently manage cases and competing deadlines. Excellent judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach.

Pay:

$135,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
