Job Description
Growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience to join its team. Ideal candidates will have experience managing cases from inception through resolution, conducting depositions, handling discovery, drafting motions and pleadings, attending hearings and mediations, negotiating settlements, and assisting with trial preparation.
