Practice Area Civil Litigation Personal Injury Criminal Defense Workers' Compensation Family Law Roles and Responsibilities Handle a broad range of litigation matters across multiple practice areas. Represent clients in complex civil litigation and related proceedings. Collaborate with experienced litigators on case strategy and advocacy. Prepare legal documents, motions, and court filings. Provide exceptional client representation and maintain high professional standards. Qualifications Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction. Member in good standing with the State Bar. Litigation experience in one or more relevant practice areas. Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
