Immigration Attorney - Full-Time Our established immigration law firm is seeking a Licensed Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about advocating for immigrants and their families.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in Immigration Court hearings , adjustment of status interviews , naturalization interviews , and bond hearings as needed. Prepare and review legal filings, motions, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with our experienced legal team on complex immigration matters. Communicate with clients to provide guidance and case updates.

Qualifications:

Admission to a U.S. State Bar (any state). Strong interest in immigration law and client advocacy. Prior exposure to immigration practice (through internships, clerkships, or prior work) preferred but not required. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
