Full-Time and Permanent Employment - On-site FT Key Responsibilities Conduct client intake and maintain ongoing communication Manage No-Fault claims , including disability, lost wages, and property damage Track medical treatment , request and review medical records Investigate and evaluate case facts to support litigation strategy Maintain heavy contact with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers Assist attorneys in case preparation, discovery, and settlement negotiations Draft legal documents and correspondence Organize case files and ensure deadlines are met Ideal Candidate Profile 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury law Strong understanding of No-Fault and insurance procedures Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to take initiative , exercise sound judgment, and work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $85,000.00
