Annual Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience to join a busy litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing plaintiff personal injury matters and be committed to building a long-term career with the firm. Associate Attorney -

2 weeks PTO; no health benefits Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active New York Bar admission in good standing. 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience required. Strong experience handling personal injury litigation from intake through resolution. Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills. Strong client communication and case-management abilities. Must demonstrate a stable employment history; candidates who frequently change positions ("job hoppers") will not be considered. Candidates should have remained in their most recent position for at least 2 years. Must live within approximately a 5-10 mile radius of the office and be able to commute on-site. Strong interest in a long-term opportunity is preferred. Strong hands-on experience managing plaintiff personal injury matters and be committed to building a long-term career with the firm.
