Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and newly admitted or junior Attorney (0-3 years of experience) to join our growing team. You will gain immediate, hands-on experience handling a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, participating in discovery, and making regular virtual and in-person court/arbitration appearances. Duties Case Management:

Manage no-fault collection and commercial litigation matters from intake to resolution.

Legal Research:

Conduct comprehensive legal research to support complex commercial disputes and healthcare law strategies.

Litigation & Advocacy:

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, appeals, as well as pre/post hearing briefs.

Court/Arbitration Appearances:

Represent clients fearlessly at court conferences, oral arguments, hearings, and private arbitrations virtually and throughout New York.

Client Advisory:

Work directly with healthcare providers and corporate clients, translating complex legal issues into sound strategic choices.

Skills Bar Admission:

Active admission to the New York State Bar (or pending admission with a passed NY bar exam).

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable utilizing modern law firm technology and practice management software to work efficiently.

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in civil litigation, healthcare law, or insurance collections (internship experience will be considered for recent grads).

Communication:

Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
