About the Firm Rabanipour Law, PLLC is a real estate law firm serving residential and commercial clients throughout the New York region. We handle a broad range of transactional matters including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development work, and pride ourselves on responsive, practical counsel for our clients. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will manage the full lifecycle of real estate transactions — from due diligence through closing — for a mix of commercial and/or residential clients. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents Conduct title and survey review; resolve title issues Manage due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions Coordinate and lead closings for purchases, sales, and refinances Advise clients on entity formation, joint ventures, and 1031 exchanges as needed Liaise with lenders, title companies, brokers, and opposing counsel Supervise paralegals/associates as needed Qualifications J.D. and active license to practice law in New York Strong knowledge of purchase/sale, leasing, and financing documentation Experience with title/survey review and closing coordination Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines independently To Apply Please submit a resume to ariel@closingsesq.com
