• Our client, a well-known general practice law firm with a long-standing reputation on Long Island as a leading-edge partner for personal and business legal needs, is looking to add a highly experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney their team.

Qualified candidates must have 5+ years' experience in trust and estate planning, estate administration, a strong financial and tax background, a complete understanding of wealth preservation and asset protection, and extensive experience in high-net worth and complex estate strategies. Counseling clients and assisting executors/trustees, as well as superb client service skills, are required. LLM in Taxation is a plus, as is a portable book of business (huge plus!). Successful candidates are self-starters with a desire to grow in responsibility and autonomy, as this is a potential fast track to partnership. The salary range for this opportunity is $150k

• $200k (based on experience and book of business), and includes medical health insurance, 401k w/ participation, LTD insurance, 3-weeks PTO, exceptional work-life balance, and bonus & origination percentage.
