Job Description

We've partnered with a well-established and highly respected New York plaintiff litigation firm that is actively seeking an experienced Trial Attorney Responsibilities Handle complex plaintiff-side complex Medical Malpractice, General Negligence, Products Liability matters . First-chair or lead significant cases through trial . Conduct and defend depositions, including physicians, expert witnesses, corporate representatives, and fact witnesses. Develop case strategy, liability analysis, and damages theories. Retain, prepare, and work closely with expert witnesses. Collaborate with attorneys throughout litigation while mentoring junior team members when appropriate. Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, settlement negotiations, and trial. Deliver exceptional advocacy on behalf of injured clients. Qualifications Active New York Bar admission. Demonstrated track record of seven-figure verdicts . Proven first-chair jury trial experience. Deep knowledge of New York CPLR, medical malpractice, products liability, and commercial vehicle and construction safety regulations . Strong deposition experience. Ability to independently manage high-value litigation. Excellent written advocacy, courtroom presence, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term commitment to plaintiff trial practice.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
