Personal Injury AttorneyLocation:
New Hyde Park, NY (weekly hybrid)
Salary:
$120K-$200K base (salary depends on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in personal injury cases, advocating for their rights and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. This position involves a combination of legal expertise, negotiation skills, and a strong commitment to client advocacy.

Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trialConduct thorough legal research and analysis of personal injury lawNegotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counselPrepare and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreementsManage case files and maintain effective communication with clientsConduct depositions and prepare for trialProvide excellent client advocacy and support throughout the legal processDevelop and implement case strategies for successful outcomesQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the stateProven experience as a personal injury attorney or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processesExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectivelyExperience with case management software is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBenefitsFull Benefits Included
