$125,000 - $400,000+ per year Grigor Law Group is hiring an experienced New York Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Attorney who is hungry to produce, take ownership of a caseload, and be rewarded for results. This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for an attorney who can independently evaluate, litigate, negotiate, and move cases aggressively toward maximum value. What You'll Do Manage a substantial Plaintiff's PI caseload Evaluate liability, damages, treatment, coverage, and case value Control discovery, depositions, motions, deadlines, and negotiations Identify settlement opportunities and apply pressure on carriers Delegate effectively to litigation and medical support staff Maintain command of your inventory, policy limits, treatment status, and next steps Review newly assigned cases promptly and develop a clear action plan Provide concise weekly reporting on active litigation and settlement matters You will have dedicated litigation staff, medical support staff, experienced trial attorneys, and firm resources behind you. You lead the file. We give you the infrastructure to produce. Who We Want We want a producer , not an attorney who waits for deadlines or allows cases to sit.
The ideal candidate:
Has meaningful New York Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience Can independently run a caseload Is aggressive, organized, competitive, and accountable Knows how to negotiate and maximize case value Moves quickly and thinks strategically Wants greater responsibility, income, and long-term growth If you are producing at your current firm but feel your income is capped, your cases are too small, or your performance is not being rewarded, this may be the opportunity you are looking for.
