We are expanding and seeking a top-tier Workers' Compensation Attorney who thrives in high-performance environments and understands that representation is about leverage, precision, and results. ⸻ The Opportunity This role is for an attorney who wants to level up on their legal practice, presence, and meaningful case ownership. You will manage a refined caseload, appear before the Workers' Compensation Board (Virtual Hearings conducted in our office), negotiate from a position of strength, and collaborate with leadership to maximize total client recovery. You will not be micromanaged. You will be expected to win. ⸻ Responsibilities Handle workers' compensation matters from the start of the claim through resolution Conduct hearings, depositions, and settlement conferences with confidence Develop strategic litigation plans tailored to each client Negotiate high-value settlements Maintain a polished, client-facing presence Work directly with firm leadership on growth and performance initiatives ⸻ Qualifications Admitted in New York Proven workers' compensation litigation experience (1-2 Years ideally) Demonstrated ability to handle hearings independently Strong negotiation instincts and courtroom composure Professional presence aligned with a premium brand
