Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of commercial litigation matters, including conducting factual investigations, legal research, drafting key court documents, participating in depositions, and communicating with clients. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, reports, and other legal documents. Conduct extensive, complex legal research and prepare legal memoranda. Participate in court appearances, presenting arguments and evidence clearly and persuasively. Collaborate with a team of attorneys on high-profile and complex cases. Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations. Maintain client relationships and work directly with clients to address their legal concerns and needs. Contribute to business and client development activities.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the state. 1-5 years of experience in commercial litigation. Proficient in motion practice, legal research, and legal writing. Exceptional analytical skills and a strong understanding of commercial law. Proven track record of managing complex litigation matters. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Experience in client and business development activities is a plus.
