Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong research and writing skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to legal advocacy. This paid position provides comprehensive exposure to litigation processes, including drafting of pleadings, discovery demands and responses, motion practice, trial preparation, and legal case management. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development Draft and review legal documents including motions, pleadings, and memoranda with precision and clarity Assist in trial preparation by organizing evidence, preparing witnesses for depositions and court proceedings Participate in court depositions and support litigation strategies through detailed case analysis Manage legal case files efficiently using case management software while ensuring compliance with procedural laws and regulations Experience Prior experience in law office settings demonstrating familiarity with litigation procedures and case management systems Strong background in legal writing, motion preparation, and procedural law knowledge Experience conducting legal research using Westlaw or LexisNexis platforms Demonstrated ability to draft pleadings, and other legal documents accurately Exposure to court depositions and trial preparation activities is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate effectively This Associate Attorney role is designed for motivated legal professionals eager to develop their expertise while contributing meaningfully to the firm's success. Pay:
$105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
