- Ideal candidates will bring a strong combination of technical legal expertise, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence, including: 7+ years of experience practicing in a top-tier BigLaw environment, with exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes matters and demanding client expectations At least one federal judicial clerkship and/or prior service as an Assistant United States Attorney, demonstrating strong legal writing, analytical ability, and familiarity with federal courts and procedures A proven track record managing complex litigation and/or government or internal investigations, including experience handling large volumes of information, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving matters forward efficiently A creative and strategic legal mindset, with the ability to think beyond conventional approaches and develop innovative, practical solutions to challenging legal and business problems A proactive, ownership-oriented attitude, with the confidence and judgment to take responsibility for cases, interact directly with clients, and serve as a trusted advisor Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable guidance A strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle the rigors of demanding, complex, and highly interesting litigation matters A collaborative, team-oriented approach and the ability to mentor junior attorneys while contributing to a positive and high-performing culture A bit about us:•We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Partner•Senior Attorney to join our thriving legal team.
